Breastfeeding is a supply-and-demand system.
The more the baby demands milk via breastfeeding or pumping, the more milk the body makes.

To increase your breast milk supply, timely and frequent nursing/pumping sessions is a MUST to clear your breast of milk,
the more you clear them the more milk would be produced!

Just remember, when your breasts are constantly full of milk (due to untimely pumping or nursing sessions)
milk production slows down as your body takes it that your baby does not need that much milk.
However, if your breasts are emptied frequently, your body would take a hint and work harder to produce more milk for your baby!
